Platform Community Edition Mission
Realmdigital is in a very exciting space right now with various things happening in our offices. Along with our makeover project to enhance the Realmdigital brand, our team is all systems go for the release of the Realm Platform Community Edition.
This is a major development for Realmdigital as it not only requires a dramatic mind shift for the brand but also movement into a whole other sphere of business namely free software. There has been much debate around the topic of downloadable software especially within the South African environment and what the pros and cons are for businesses. With this in mind our team, after much deliberation have decided to formulate a community edition of the Platform software which incorporates all the basic and necessary functionalities one needs for a complete backend system. This version will be free and in downloadable format on the Realmdigital website, thereby allowing for a high quality alternative to other free software currently available. If you are a developer, freelancer or agency and are interested in using this Platform version as a trial, please contact us to find out more about the software and how it can benefit you.
