Realmdigital teams up with Hotelier
Realmdigital has teamed up with Hotelier to provide real time online bookings for tourism industry.
Realmdigital have built numerous websites within the tourism industry and have decided to broaden our service offering by teaming up with a reservations system known as Hotelier.

By providing expert technology in various areas including website development, we have built and maintained relationships with key players within the tourism industry. All our websites are built on our Content Management System which provides for an array of website needs from basic sites to full e-Commerce functionality. The CMS supports the sending of e-Newsletters while making any e-Marketing task simple to manage. The integration with Google Analytics allows for tracking and measuring of all these marketing campaigns.

It then became immediately obvious that there was a great need for such a system to cater for the boom in the Guest House Industry in Cape Town. To date there are over 300 Hotelier installations in South Africa, as well as a handful in neighbouring states.
Combined Service Offering
Real time online reservations can now be made with Realmdigital's online booking functionality and Hotelier's reservation system. Now guests can check for availability without having to wait for feedback from busy guest house staff. Once they have decided on their desired dates they can make a booking which will reflect in the guest house booking system immediately. The guest can then make their payment to secure their reservation.
Bloom Estate
This luxury guest house based in Swellendam already makes use of various services provided by both Realmdigital and Hotelier.

Bloomestate's website is built on the Realmdigital's CMS where they can easily manage all their website needs. This tool enables them to edit content, send out newsletters, manage their CRM and much more. Maarten van der Ven, owner of the estate is thrilled to be working on such a competent CMS that is so user friendly. |
Bloom Estate also uses the Hotelier system for bookings and according to Maarten, "It works out very well using the hotelier system as it provides a daily overview of our bookings and all specific requirements can be customised to suit your needs".
