#brandfail SABC3
While doing some channel surfing this past weekend, I stumbled across an awesome movie with some top actors that I had never seen or heard of before.
I decided to take a look at the SABC 3 website to check the schedule to get the movies name. For some reason only timeslots from 00:00 to 19:00 were being displayed while the movie I was watching was on after 10.
Realising this was a pretty clear stuff up on the part of the the SABC schedule monkey, I decided to drop the SABC 3 a mail updating them on their latest failure.
I navigated over to their contact page and dropped a mail to their customer service email address, communication@sabc3.co.za only to receive a mail telling me that their public communication mailbox does not exist.
After the SAA domain expiry joke and consistent botch ups from the SABC, it makes me feel that the South African government has no understanding of service delivery in the online space.
What a #brandfail SABC 3
