Brief
We have worked closely with Chilli Marketing on a recent Facebook competition application for After Eden, a well-established lingerie brand. The objective was to get the female market (18-35 years) to “like” the newly launched After Eden Fan Page using an incentive competition coupled with Facebook advertising to drive this growth. This had to make it easy and as visible as possible to get Facebook users clicking through to the page to LIKE the page. The application also needed to include as many viral features as possible to further encourage fan growth.
Our Solution
We provided After Eden with a competitions tab for their Facebook Page. There was a different landing gateway for fans and non-fans. Fans landed on the wall and non-fans landed on the competitions page. Apart from the competition application the competition landing page also incorporated a gallery which displayed images of the latest After Eden products.

The competition application allows fans to enter the competition by submitting their details into a form and answering a question by selecting answers provided.


All competition entries will then be exported into a CSV file. Share functionality was also implemented on this page making it easy for entrants to share this information with their network of friends.

Strategy
We developed the After Eden application website using Facebook Platform and incorporated some custom functionality, which was specific to the client's requirements. This Facebook application is also being content managed through Facebook Platform.
We met with the client advising them on best practices throughout the development process.
