Realm Digital is currently looking for a Business Development Intern to develop new leads, cold call potential clients, manage existing customer relationships and close deals using different approaches that includes email, phone, live chat, and instant messaging.

Your main goals will be to maximize sales revenues, increase your client portfolio, and hit those targets.



  • Sales outreach and customer success
  • Prospecting and lead generation via phone, face to face visits and online social networking
  • Assist with the development of project proposals/briefs
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities across existing clients
  • Be apart of healthy project delivery
  • Grow and strengthen relationships with clients
  • Identifying client growth opportunities
  • Achievement of sales target
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned


  • A degree/diploma in Business or Sales or any related field
  • Creativity and the ability to think out of the box
  • Good social media skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication, writing and proofreading skills
  • Target-driven and the ability to sell
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Critical thinking and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of digital and social landscape
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
